Namiki Kohei (Nishijima Hidetoshi) is a somber, single man in his 40s. He is the type whom the people around him can force impossible demands on and is always made to take care of the three children of his older sister Yukiko (Ikuta Tomoko). Although he sought to be an astronomer, his family situation and finances did not allow him to embark on it and he had to give up his big dream to “discover his own star”. And so, Kohei works part-time at a security company and becomes the personal bodyguard to Han Yuna (Kim Tae Hee), a big South Korean star who has come to Japan for filming.
Boku to Kanojo no XXX
For some odd reason, a somewhat dainty, effeminate young man named Uehara Akira (Shioya Shun, from Girl’s Life Tokyo Noir and TV’s Designer) has taken a fancy to Nanako. In a strange twist of fate, Akira bumps into Nanako’s mad scientist of a grandfather. While the not-so-good doctor is performing an experiment on Nanako to test a person’s thoughts, an accident occurs, causing Nanako and Akira to switch bodies! Hilarity ensues as the Akira unintentionally “feminizes” Nanako while his mind is stuck in her body, earning the undue attention of his long-time friends! While fending off his classmates’ advances, Akira is eager to switch back to his old body and get everything back to normal. One problem though: Nanako is just having too much fun as a guy to change back to her old self!
Boku dake no Madonna

His other next- door neighbor who works at a nightclub, always calls Kyoichi, demanding him to come pick her up, because she’s so drunk. Other than that, Kyoichi is satisfied with his normal life, until he meets a girl one day.
Bijo ka Yajuu
After graduating from the Tokyo University School of Law, Makoto Tamiya goes on to Harvard University where she earns an MBA. She later works at one of the “big three” networks in the United States as a news reporter. While covering a story on an international symposium in Paris, Makoto is scouted to work for JBC Television in Japan. The news producer at JBC wants to use Makoto to help raise low viewer ratings. He persuades her to work for him for an absurdly high salary, and also gives her the right to hire who she needs. While Makoto is being brought in to be the savior of the News Department, one man gets transferred from the Variety Department. His name is Hiromi Nagase. Since joining JBC Television, all he has done is variety programs.
Bengoshi no Kuzu
Toyokawa Etsushi and Ito Hideaki appear together for the first time in what is a never-before-seen lawyer-oriented drama. The original work by Iura Hideo, “Bengoshi no Kuzu,” is currently being published by Big Comic Original. Our main character, Kuzu Motohito–aka “scum lawyer”–will do just about anything if it means he can win in court. Lawyers aren’t on the side of justice! The law isn’t meant to punish people, it’s meant to save them! At least, that’s this guy’s secret motto. High school drop-out, lover of money and women, rude demeanor, and a vulgar mouth. This ridiculous excuse for a lawyer (played by Toyokawa Etsushi) has his first challenge in this comedy as the character Kuzu Motohito.
Beautiful Life
Kyoko, a young woman with an unhindered spirit despite being physically bound to a wheelchair due to illness, and Shuji, a stylish and popular fashion magazine hairstylist, are brought together in a fateful traffic incident. Despite their confrontational meeting, they soon find themselves falling in love, with Shuji drawn to her courage and enthusiasm and Kyoko attracted to his ability to look beyond her physical limitations and into her heart. However, Kyoko’s protective older brother and her worsening condition begin to test the bounds of their love for each other and threaten to end their beautiful life together.
Beach Boys
Upon getting thrown out of his girlfriend Fujiko’s apartment, Hiromi (Sorimachi) decides to head for the ocean. The two stumble into a quiet B&B on the beach run by the aging surfer Masaru and his high-school-aged granddaughter Makoto. The two share a room, with Hiromi trying to make friends, and Kaito at first resisting, unimpressed by Hiromi’s devil-may-care attitude.
Bartender

A coming of age story that follows five young university who form a circle of friends. Tamotsu and Osamu (Kimura) fall in love with Narumi, who prefers Tamotsu. Based on a novel by Akutagawa Prize-winning author, Yu Miri, ‘Ame to Yume no Ato ni’ is a story about the supernatural and the bonds between a father and daughter. Sakurai Tomoharu is a single parent who has an extremely close relationship to his daughter. One of his hobbies is catching and collecting butterflies, and he has traveled to Taiwan to catch a very rare butterfly, the Troides magellanus. Akihabara is a Tokyo district full of mangas, anime, electronics, video games, figurines, etc. It is a place that gathers fanatics of such themes, people who are commonly referred to as otaku. Page, Box, Akira, Taiko, Daruma, and Izumu are six otaku each with his/her own troubles and sought relief through a website called “Yui’s Lifeguard.” When site owner Yui died of a mysterious death, the six who are each experts in their own fields gathered to form “Akihabara@DEEP”, a “trouble shooter” group that vows to protect Akihabara and solve the problems of its inhabitants.

The story was one of the best-selling novels of 2007, it revolves around the “red thread of fate” connecting the young pair Mei and Atsushi and the trials they face. (Red thread of fate: According to this myth, the gods tie an invisible red string around the little fingers of men and women who are destined to be soul mates.
